Log Reload Time is the amount of time the onair studio will have before edits made in Log Editor or VoiceTracking will force the log to reload.
Smaller numbers will update the log more quickly, but if you are making numerous edits in the current day's log it may frustrate the onair personality.
Hourly Update Time is MMSS in each hour when the command cut 9999 Sync will trigger.  This will cue the top of the next hour.
Disable Delete Prompt allows deleteing items in the OnAir playlist without a confirmation dialog.
Send Relays will cause the switcher to pulse relay 1 when player 1 starts playing and pulse relay 4 when player 1 stops.
Fade Music at Segue will cause the playing song to fade when it triggers the next event by the segue marker.
OnAir BGR Enabled allows you to control whether the BGR events will be triggered.

Hook Promo

Settings
DJB Zone has the ability to create a Hook Promo on the fly.
In the picture above it will look for the next 5 items of type Music and then create a Hook Promo.
To make proper use of this feature you must set Hook Start and End values for all of your music.
Then the promo will consist of the opener, the hook of song #1, then transition cut 1, then hook of song 2, etc, ending with the closing cut.
