DJB Studio Player Navigation Buttons

1. DJB Studio Player Navigation Buttons
The Navigation Buttons allow users with quick access for system setup, database management, Playlist
generation and daily - weekly programming for the DJB Studio Player.

CLICK on the [Menu] to open the [Program Settings] for the DJB Studio Player & USB Mixer.

Playlist Clear...Button

3.  Playlist Clear...Button
This Button clears the audio items in the Play Stack, but first the Warning Popup!
Popup:  Queries the users if an erase of the items in the Play Stack is wanted?
This illustration shows item is Playing and the [Playlist Clear] button is pressed.
Action: The Popup with a YES, clears the Play Stack but leaves the item playing.

Playlist Save As...Button

Click on the [Playlist Save As] button launches the Windows File Explorer default to
Local\DJB Software \DJB Studio
.
DJB Studio folder on C:\ drive  is where local storage is located.

Playlist Append Button

5. Playlist Append Button
The [Playlist Append] button reads and copies the audio items that are visible in the Play Stack and
allows users to append the current Play Stack list to an existing Saved Playlist.
Using the [Playlist Append] button allows users to use the Play Stack (with Auto Segue OFF)
to build a long Playlist that can be reloaded when it is desired to be played.

6. Search Audio in All Sub Tabs
Use the [Search Audio] button to locate an artist, song title within the SUB TAB database.
Figure 1: The SUB TABs could have a large database of audio titles & artists.
The [Search Audio] Popup in the [Match Field] in Figure 1 is dynamic and it starts the search
 with the first few letters typed.
The Pop-up once activated displays as above at the front of the Player Screen.
As in the above example "Ron" was typed, the [Search Audio] popup found the song(s)/artist(s)
             in the current SUB TAB audio database.
Once the title was found, the [Search Audio] hilights the Hot Button as in the illustration on right.
 

Search Audio in All Sub Tabs (Many Titles Found Scenario)

If a [Seach Audio] locates many titles in the SUB TAB as illustrated below, a Click on the title
wanted, the audio file where ever was located came to the SUB TAB Panel forefront with the hilight.

This [Search Tabs] button seaches the entire MAIN & SUB TAB audio database looking for the matching
text as it is entered.
The [Search Tabs] finds only MAIN and SUB Tabs.
 
Important Note:  This Search does not find Audio as #6 above does.
 
This Match Field is dynamic so the search starts letter by letter and a long list builds
based on the amount of MAIN and SUB Tabs matching the Search text.
Once users Click on a listed MAIN or SUB TAB, the Search brings the MAIN or SUB TAB to the forefront.

9. DB Manager & Editor
The DB Manager gives users the ability to Edit, Copy & Delete all MAIN & SUB Tabs
Illustrated is the DB Manager Popup, SUB TAB [POP MALE] Selected, Maroon 5 Daylight Selected
The DB Manager illustrates the HOT BUTTONS and the audio in them in a text list,
Users have the ability to:
  • Play (Audition) the audio file
  • Edit the text of the audio file
  • Drag N Drop the audio title to a different position in the list  
  • Drag N Drop or CUT & Paste the audio title to a different SUB TAB 
  • Delete the Title, or
  • With CautionDelete an EMPTY SUB TAB in this window
  • Deletions are permanent so CAUTION using DELETE functions
  • Refresh the SUB TAB list by closing and re-opening so DJB Studio can show the changes.
