1. Playlist to be Programmed
with (3) User Options   There are three user options described in detail in this Section.
The General Audio (No Rules) window is illustrated and it shows the MAIN & SUB Tabs.
Selecting a SUB TAB  allows the DJB Studio Scheduler to auto select audio from the SUB TAB when
it is placed in the Scheduled Events Playlist.
The Select and Place process is further described in this section.

General Audio No Rules

3. Option 1
General Audio No Rules
General Audio (No Rules) is visible to users by default. It appears as the first option once the Playlist Editor loads..
General Audio (No Rules):This window shows a list of MAIN & SUB Tabs. They represent the Audio Database

          Option 2

Music Selections (Rules)

4. Option 2
Music Selections (Rules)

Music Selection (Rules): This window shows the list of MAIN & SUB Tabs. The music / audio in them
is now selected to the Playlist with (Rules).  (The Rules) are REST rules.
The REST RULES must be set by the users based on how often an Artist or Title or Album is played in the Play Stack
.
The illustration above shows 15 minutes in the DJB Studio DEMO because there is very little music with the download.
Typically, once there are over 400+ music titles, a 90  to 120 minutes rest period will prevent back to back
scheduling of popular artists.

The REST Rules can also apply to Advertising, Liners, Promos although these audio items can be an hour REST although the goal is to have at least 3 - 4 audio items in the SUB Tab so that every time the audio in the SUB Tab is scheduled, a fresh (RESTED) title plays.

    Option 3

Specific Audio

5. Option 3
Specific Audio
Specific Audio: Means exactly that! Users can select specific music without using the SUB TABS as in
Options 1 & 2 above.
When users want specifc titles or Ads or Promos or News or Voice Tracks this window allows placing
the Selected Item  right into the Playlist for Play Stack play.

Finally Click OK to keep the Playlist aka Log Template as programmed.

    Playlist Average Time

Full Hour Schedules or Less

6. Playlist Average Time
Full Hour Schedules or Less
The Timer "Start"  End" uses SUB TAB average time so it gives users a visual of what SUB TAB
content might fill a typical hour of audio in an hour.

DJB Studio Scheduler is SMART so, in the Play Stack with the Auto Sched. "On Mode",
the Scheduler will fill the hour (time wise in log events) In the Play Stack. The Scheduler will also
repeat loading the list of events in the Play Stack until a full hour of playout s reached.

In the Illustration above, only 36 minutes "End Time Average" are programmed. That's totally OK!

As illustrated above, the DJB Studio Play Stack with repeat the event list from the top in the hour in the
Weekly Template Scheduler once it reaches the 36 minute mark of the hour
and shall continue to fill
the Play Stack until the hour end is reached.
Then the next hour of items from the Weekly Template Scheduler loads up.

The coolest feature of DJB Studio is that this generates Endless Automation as the Scheduler picks
RESTED music, Podcasts, Shows, Voice Tracks as scheduled and constanly fills the hour whether the
hour was fully programmed in the Weekly Template Scheduler or not.
