Call letters will be your station's call letters.  You can add AM, LP, or FM to distinguish if you have more than one signal.
Make sure the naming convention is consistent.  Voicetracking uses the Call Letters for voicetrack folders.

You can also select unnecessary drives and click "Remove Drive."

Sync Time

9. Sync Time
Hourly Update Time is the time in the hour when command 9999 will remove any unplayed items and makes the first item in the next hour next to air.
If you have shorter items, you can tweak the time closer to 5930.

If you find that you are dropping numerous items, it is a good indicator that you need to reduce the overall number of items in the shell or in your music scheduling software.

To Pack, or Not to Pack.

10. To Pack, or Not to Pack.
The last item is a Do Not Pack Database checkbox.
If you have multiple On Air computers sharing the same database, only ONE On Air can leave this box UNCHECKED.
If 2 computers both try to pack the database at midnight, the database will not get packed.
It defaults to unchecked as most stations only have one On Air for each database.
