Overwrite?

6. Overwrite?
If you click this box, it will overwrite an existing log with no further warnings.
The exception to this is if you attempt to reschedule today's log and the On Air software is using it.
Then you will see this warning:
It will still let you overwrite the log if you click OK, but the changes will not occur in the studio until the schedule is refreshed.

If you don't check the box but the schedule already exists, you will see the following warning:
If you click Continue Scheduling it will overwrite the log; if you click Cancel Scheduling it will leave the existing log.

Create Schedule

7. Create Schedule
Once all of the parameters are correct, click this button to begin.
First the shell will become a template.  If you are using external music and traffic then it will be done.
If Scheduler is scheduling your music, the template will begin to fill with items based on the order of your categories in the setup.
You can read more about that HERE
8

Cancel

8. Cancel
Clicking Cancel will interrupt a schedule in process.
If nothing is in process it will simply close the window.
9

Grid Auto Select

You will likely have different shells for the different days of the week, and you can use the 0-Grid Auto Select option to automate the process.

In the example below, if you schedule an entire week each day will use a different shell.
