Internet Voice Tracking is an optional component that allows On Air talent to record voice tracks outside the station and then upload them into DJB Radio.
The IVT Scooper grabs the outros and intros of the music so the IVT client can hear them while recording their voicetracks.
Scooping is a manual process so anytime you add new music, you will need to scoop again.
