Enable the IVT Server in Digital Jukebox
If your OnAir is running you will have to stop all audio and exit the OnAir screen
Once the OnAir Main Screen opens go into settings
The IVT Server Settings are in the bottom right hand side of the settings window
Make sure that IVT is enabled
If you are configuring your own firewall the port information is important to note for port forwarding
The port number can be changed to meet the needs of what ever port forwarding situation you might be in
DJB suggest using a VPN connection for IVT which we will cover later in this manual, in which case you would leave the default port of 21
Restart your On-Air Computer
When the computer restarts and DJB Loads you should have a new window showing the IVT
Server, the window should be similar to the one below. It shows your real world IP address and
the port that the server is operating on.
Scoop Audio for IVT
in order to use the preview playback feature of IVT, you must scoop all your audio. this process will go through and make small easy to transfer in and out files for all your audio
This can take some time if you have never scooped your audio before and have a large library. In DJB II version 1.1 and higher this feature is available in production so it will not tie up your on air machine.
You must run this process to use the full preview playback of IVT.
Re-Create IVT Schedule File
If you have made changes to your schedule the IVT schedule zip file should be re-created so that the IVT client has the most up to date version of the schedule
