Mixer Top TABS & VU Meters

1. Mixer Top TABS & VU Meters
Figure 1:  Illustrated are the Channel ID's and VU Meters that show channel audio levels.
Each connected USB or Analog Input channel of the mixer can be user identified in the
Navigation Buttons of the DJB Studio Player [Menu]
   then open    next to open is the Popup below
 
  • [Audio In] Shows each input for setup & label the Mixer channel ID Buttons .
  • COLOR  [Set] button pops up a color pallette user selectable
  • In #1: [Host] as an example; text can be by the name the users choose.  
  • "Yeti USB mic" is a popup that lists the USB port devices connected
  •  Mon #1 [Click] On/Off Mix Minus.excludes the USB source from listening to itself in the monitors
  •  "NOT USED" USB source popup list of devices to be Mix Minus isolated in the monitors.
  •  Once selections are done, continue to set up the remainder of connected USB devices.

Illustrated are fader knobs that slide up & down. Playlist & HOT BUTTON panel faders are shown full up
while the HOST mic is about half up.  The Buttons (red & yellow) below the faders are channel On/Off Buttons.

The slim button(s) with the (*) are located above the channel On/Off are for future development
of channel DSP (EQ & Audio Processing).

Mixer Record-Edit

[Record] button is to activate the Mixer to Record the mix of the DJBStudio Player & Mixer.
The [RECORD] button has an On/Off user action.
The [Edit Recording] button when ON, activates the DJB Studio wavEditor.to edit the recorded file.
The  [Edit Recording] button also shows the folder location & file name of the recorded file to be edited.

Mixer "Stream Active" Program Meter

This program (Stream Active) graphic VU meter shows the levels of the DJB Studio Player playout stream

Mixer Show Playback Processor

Click on [Show Playback Processor] button to activate the Program Playback audio processor
(audio industry known as a .vst) The .dll vst comes with your download of DJB Studio
 
Illustrated above is the jb_broadcast.dll vst which will load with the [Load VST] button click and zero in
on the jb_broadcast.dll which is found in the Studio Audio folder.

Program Processor Show (Editor) Processor

The best of all is that VST Editor Window loads with default settings allowing users to adjust the settings.
The VST Editor Window is live, so users can tweak the settings with your mouse using your ear for
best settings for your DJB Studio Playout program sound.
