This area shows the software version, which is useful when requesting support via trouble ticket from DJB Support.

Minimize, Maximize,

and Restore

2. Minimize, Maximize, 
and Restore
You can click the Square maximize button to take Radio Spider full screen. 
Then is becomes a Restore Down button to return to a Window.
Clicking the X will minimize the Radio Spider to the Windows System Tray (the area beside the clock).
Double-clicking the green RS icon will bring the window back on screen.

Email Counts

3. Email Counts
If you have the email settings configured, this counter will keep track of how many Success or Failure emails have been sent by Radio Spider.

Date and Time

Shows The Current Date and Time

Next Active Download

5. Next Active Download
This area shows the time of the next active download item.

Download Progress

6. Download Progress
When a download is underway, this area will indicate the progress.

Download

Item List

This shows all of the download items.
Orange items are disabled, white items are enabled, and the blue item is currently selected because I clicked on it.
The list can be sorted by clicking "Hr" for hour, "Mn" for minutes, "Description", or any of the days of the week.
This gives you, at a glance the items, what time and which days they will run and whether they are enabled or disabled.
You can click to select an item and then use one of the buttons at the bottom, or double-click it to open the item for editing.

Add Item

Add a new download item to the schedule.

Edit Item

9. Edit Item
Opens the selected item in the Editor.

Copy Item

10. Copy Item
Will make a duplicate entry of the highlighted download item.
Essential for doing multi-segment downloads so that you don't have to enter the information multiple times.

Delete Item

11. Delete Item
This will delete the highlighted item from the program, deleted items cannot be recovered.

Enable/Disable Item

12. Enable/Disable Item
Allows you to toggle the highlighted item to enabled or disabled.
When disabled the items will appear in an orange color and will not run as scheduled.

Force Start Item

13. Force Start Item
Allows you to start a download item regardless of its scheduled time or enabled/disabled status.
It does not negate the scheduled time, the download item will still run when scheduled.

Export Item

14. Export Item
Allows you to export the highlighted download item to an XML file for import to another Radio Spider or to attach to an email if you need help from Radio Spider support.

Export All Items

15. Export All Items
This will Export all your download items to an XML file.
This can be used to move your Radio Spider configuration to another machine or simply to back up your configuration in case of a hardware failure.

Import Items

16. Import Items
This button will allow you to import items from an XML file.
Often times if you contact support for assistance on a download they may send you back an XML file to import.

Reset Status

17. Reset Status
This will reset the status column of all the downloaded items.

Show Today's Items

18. Show Today's Items
This button will filter the download items list to only show items that are downloading today.
After you click it, the button will change to "Show All Items" to return to the default view.

Edit Settings

This displays the Settings for the Radio Spider Software.
For specific info on the Settings window, click HERE.

Show History

20. Show History
This will display the history window which logs all download activity of Radio Spider.
For specific info on the History window, click HERE.

Minimize

21. Minimize
This button will minimize Radio Spider to the Windows System Tray (the area beside the clock).
Clicking the X in the upper right-hand corner of the Radio Spider screen will also minimize it, not close it.
Double-clicking the green RS icon will bring the window back on screen.

Quit

22. Quit
This button will close the Radio Spider Software; if you quit the software will not be able to download scheduled items.
