Check for Updates
The Digital JukeBox, like many software products, is updated regularly. When you are running the software, you will see a “Check for Updates” button. This requires a username and password to access our update server. An internet connection is required.
NOTE: You MUST always update the on-air system first before updating any production systems.
This will always display the persons name and company name and the registration code for this computer as it was entered on the trial status screen when you first had the software unlocked.
If you forget your username and password for access to the update server, just click this button and fill out the form. An internet connection is required.
Commonly refered to the Big Orange Button, this will allow you to send your data to us so we can help you troubleshoot issues that you may have with your data. This button will only appear on your On-Air System. You must have an internet connection for this to work.
The Version Number is basically the date that the version was released in Y.M.DDbb - Version 6.1.3000 would have come out on 1/30/2006 and would be build 00. If a new version came out twice on the same day, it would be version 6.1.3001 and so forth.
