The product should ONLY be installed on the Production System and use the synchronize folders to keep the DJB Database in synch and/or overwrite method to copy.
The Internet Voice Track Server should ONLY be installed on the On-Air system. You can also choose the port for it to run on. By default, the IVT Server uses Port 21. Please leave it at that unless you have more than 1 On-Air system that does Internet Voice tracking. Then you will need to pick a new port for each IVT Server. Leave one at 21 and on the other on-air system, choose a port number above 8200. No 2 IVT Servers can be on the same port. You will also need to turn on port forwarding in your router.
