If you right mouse click on a main tab the Pop Up gives users multiple choices:

Right mouse click on the Main Tab you wish to delete, [you will be asked to confirm the delete]

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you delete MAIN TAB all of its SUB TABS, Hot Button panel content will also be removed including all the audio
