Hook Promo Settings Area

Hook Promos are built on the fly by On Air when the PlayHooks command is scheduled.
You will have to assign PlayHoos to a user command number in the EDIT COMMAND CUTS window.

On Air looks for scheduled songs each hour from Audio Types that have the "Music" checkbox checked.

To determine which songs will be selected for a Hooks Promo use the "Number of Songs to Skip" drop down box.

For instance... you can play hooks for the next three songs in the schedule by leaving a 0 in the "Number of Songs to Skip" drop down box or you can increase that number to 1 or 2 or 3.

In the example above if a PlayHooks command cut is sent the software will look at the next 6 songs and build a promo using every other cut.

DJB_20.mp3 will be the intro
Then it will skip the first song and play the Hook of the second song.  If you need info on setting up Hook, look HERE.
Then it will play DJB_21.mp3
Then it will play the Hook of the fourth song.
Then it will play DJB_22.mp3
Then it will play the Hook of the sixth song.
Then since I only told it to promo 3 songs, it will play DJB_24.mp3 as the closing cut.
