Typical DJB Radio PRO Integrated Bundle Hardware Configuration
Computer Operating Systems - Supported [as of April 2020]
a. Windows 7, Pro*
*Windows 7 is "End of Life" as of January 2020. Users can continue to install DJB on WIN7 Pro, but it is not recommended.
b. Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)**
**Windows Home products are subject to automatic updates which can take systems OFF the AIR and are therefore not recommended.
Computer Hardware Specifications [as of April 2020]
Computer Hardware (Recommended Minimum Spec):
Intel "Core" Series CPU i5 or i7 (fourth generation or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7
8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
HDD System Volume ('C' Drive):
256GB (or larger) SSD (Solid State Drive) - Recommended for fast boot up.
Audio Drive(s):
500GB Minimum, 2TB+ Recommended
Note: Matching Air and Production computer drives - good idea for back-up

Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware Specifications [as of April 2020]
Windows Defender is recommended as third party anti-virus/anti-malware software can cause
communication and performance issues with DJB Software.
Network Specifications [as of April 2020]
1GB WIRED Network ONLY.
All LAN cables must be certified CAT5e or CAT 6
Ethernet Switch must be 1GB "gigabit" (1000MB) with direct path from DJB machines to switch
Network Adapters in computers must also be 1GB "gigabit" (1000MB)
Note: Wireless networks are not supported
Video Specifications [as of April 2020]
LCD or LED monitors are mandatory* (CRT is not compatible)
High Resolution video card mandatory - 1280 x 1024 is the minimal resolution supported
*Touch Screen monitors recommended for DJB On Air Workstations.

A typical DJB Radio "PRO" system should include the following:
On Air: Dual Output or Quad Output Professional Audio Device
PROD: Single or Dual Input/Output Professional Audio Device
A typical DJB Radio "Starter" system should include the following:
On Air: Single or Dual Channel Input/Output Audio Device
PROD: Single or Dual Channel Input/Output Audio Device
Note: Onboard sound devices in most computer systems are acceptable for use, but not recommended
